Air Tech is a 7 member flying club based in Richmond, VA at Chesterfield County Airport (KFCI). We own N63PV, a 1994 Piper Saratoga II. With a low time engine and airframe and full IFR instrumentation, N63PV is the perfect East Coast IFR airplane for the discerning Instrument rated pilot.
